We offer two services our forensics reinclusion report service and our reinclusion submission service. Which service you require depends on your circumstances and varies from client to client. If you are unsure we are happy to advise you on our services and options.
The pricing is the same in either service and is based on page volume.
Forensics reinclusion report service
Our forensic report service is designed for sites that have been hacked or otherwise manipulated and the client wishes to preserve the data integrity. This service provides a report of all areas that have been affected along with the various required fixes. This report can be handed to the various authorities to help with any on going enquiry. This service does not include any fixes to the site it self, and is just the completed reported.
Reinclussion submission service
From start to finish we will work through your site fixing errors, talk to third parties and work through the reinclusion process of one or more search engines. This service also includes an accessibility report and provides a short proof of work done report, for a more detailed report see our Forensics report service.
Our services are confidential we only speak to third parties on your behalf with your permission and never make alterations to data without your prior consent. However to complete the reinclusion process we will require access to the server via SSH or FTP and access to the site logs where they are available
